Baby Imaging Specialist

Job Summary

Cranial Technologies is seeking an hourly, full-time Baby Imaging Specialist to join our team in Murfreesboro, TN. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who love babies and provide outstanding customer service.

About the Role

We are the leading provider of pediatric cranial shaping orthoses and EarWell® for correcting infant ear shapes without surgery. Our Baby Imaging Specialists play a crucial role in capturing detailed 3D images of babies using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®).

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using DSi®
• Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments into Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties such as answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in childcare, education, or high-end retail customer service
• Physical requirements: ability to squat, bend, lift up to 30 lbs, and move at a fast pace

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience with digital imaging systems
• Basic computer skills

Pay and Schedule

The starting pay rate is $17.50 - $18.00 per hour, with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months based on performance and tenure.
