Baby Imaging Specialist

About the role

Cranial Technologies is the only company in the world completely dedicated to researching and treating plagiocephaly (commonly called flat head syndrome). With over 500,000 babies successfully treated, we are the plagiocephaly experts and the leader in pediatric cranial shaping orthoses. We also provide treatment with EarWell® to correct infant ear shapes without surgery, with over 600,000+ successful outcomes. Our number one priority is our patients and their families.

This is an hourly, full-time position based in Goodyear, AZ, though you will initially work in our Glendale, AZ clinic until the Goodyear location opens. We're looking for someone enthusiastic who loves providing outstanding customer service, is tech-savvy, and most importantly, loves babies.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service to all patients
• Work as a team to complete a three-dimensional, 360° image for each baby using Digital Surface Imaging (DSi®)
• Calibrate, operate, and ensure optimal performance of imaging equipment (DSi® system)
• Schedule new patient and follow-up appointments in Intergy (Practice Management Software)
• Obtain, enter, and process patient information in Intergy
• Perform medical office duties including answering phones, cleaning patient rooms, and rooming patients

Requirements

• Energetic and enthusiastic personality
• Ability to learn new things quickly and apply them in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
• Capability to juggle multiple duties while keeping the patient experience the top priority
• Experience in one of the following: caring for or working with infants/children, high-end retail customer service, teaching, or medical imaging

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to squat and bend
• Must be able to lift at least 30 lbs
• Must be able to position and handle patients to ensure DSi® images are captured
• Must be able to move at a fast pace

Pay

Position starts at $18.50 - $19.00 an hour with the opportunity to increase pay in 3-6 months as part of a levels program based on performance and tenure.
