Baader Technician

Responsibilities

• Maintenance and repair of Baader mechanical and electrical systems for fish fillet machines
• Train processing crew in operating and safety procedures for fish fillet machines
• Able to make necessary adjustments to equipment as to meet product specifications
• Understanding of product recovery and able to test and make adjustments as necessary
• Experience with computerized maintenance management systems to control parts ordering and inventory
• Work as a team with the Factory Engineering Department, Production Manager and Quality Control Manager to ensure quality product

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for prolonged periods of time
• Work around moving machinery
• Climb, stoop, kneel and crouch as necessary to perform job duties

Qualifications

• Pass a pre-employment drug test
• Participate in our random drug testing program

Pay

• Guaranteed day rate with bonus opportunity based on production
• Day rate is paid twice monthly
• Bonus is paid 10 business days after the end of each fishing season

Schedule

• Working at sea hours are 12 on and 12 off, 7 days per week
