BA (MUST have Reinsurance experience) Client Name: SCOR Location: Kansas City Kansas / Charlotte NC Duration: 10 months Rate: $65-$75/hr Key Skills Required 5-7 years of experience in Life Reinsurance10+ years experience with Applications developmentStrong SQL skills to aid in review and analysis of systems processesDevelop test plans and assist with QA activities Major Responsibilities (essential Functions) Work with internal/external users to understand needs and develop plans for meeting those needsWork with users and technical team to produce scope documents and conceptual design flowsFacilitate and participate in requirements and design sessions with key stakeholdersLead agile activities during planning, development and testing phases of the projectsDesign system screens and reports in collaboration with users and technical resourcesDefine and document integrated business processes and procedures, recommending streamlined changes where applicableIdentify and research issues, draw conclusions, make recommendations, communicate and summarize issues of significance Good To Have Certification (IIBA-certified) in Business Analysis
