Duties & Responsibilities

  • Build and nurture relationships with new customers.

  • Enhance customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.

  • Address customer concerns and follow up as needed.
  • Anticipate client requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Meet with customers to assess their needs and offer recommendations.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
  • Hightly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient in word processing, spreadsheet, and database tools.
  • 1+ years of sales experience.
  • 1+ years of industry experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of industry standards.
  • Confident and approachable personality.
