B2B Product Specialist, PWS ( East Coast)

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise on the company PWS portfolio to sales teams
• Accelerate growth of PWS products through cross-selling and upselling
• Deliver impactful presentations showcasing product value propositions
• Support Account Managers by engaging directly with Enterprise Customers
• Track sales activity and progress using SFDC
• Achieve revenue targets through business development initiatives
• Facilitate product trials and follow up with potential customers

Requirements

• 5-7+ years of solid B2B sales experience with End Customers and channel partners
• Experience with the company PWS solutions (e.g., mice, webcams, headsets)
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in product demonstrations and presentations
• Proven ability to build relationships with Account Managers and Channel Partners
• Results-driven mindset with a knack for creating new business opportunities
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively in team settings
• Candidates must reside near a major company customer base with frequent travel capability

Pay

$130,000 – $230,000 annually
