Description Ready to take your career global? Make your mark at one of the biggest names in payments. We’re looking for a B2B Outside Sales Representative to join our ever-evolving Genuis® team and help shape the future of global commerce.

About the role

Join our team and sell Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries. Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle. Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.

Responsibilities

  • Selling Genius® and other Global Payments solutions to small and mid-sized businesses across restaurant, retail, and service industries.
  • Stay current on the fintech landscape, industry trends, and product updates to position yourself as a trusted technology advisor.
  • Deliver consultative, value-based presentations both in-person and virtually to demonstrate how Genius® helps businesses streamline payments, improve operations, and increase customer loyalty.
  • Collaborate with your District Manager to identify new opportunities, set appointments, and close sales within a short cycle.
  • Develop and manage a consistent pipeline through field prospecting, digital outreach, and local networking.

Requirements

  • Proven success in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, fintech, or merchant services. (One full year of B2B or B2C Outside Sales experience)
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills—comfortable selling both face-to-face and virtually.
  • High energy, self-motivated, and competitive, and driven to exceed targets.
  • Professional presence and genuine ability to connect with business owners.
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • One full year of B2B or B2C outside sales experience
  • Enjoys being in the field 75% of the time with a valid driver's license
  • Must live within 2 hours of the job posting location. It’s a bonus if you have a mindset to upsell and cross-sell existing merchants on new features, software add-ons, and hardware upgrades.
  • Familiarity with the restaurant or retail industries is a plus.
  • Two full years of B2B Outside Sales experience.

Qualifications

  • Base Salary pay is $50,000 per year.
  • Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build.
  • Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150 plus.
  • Your total compensation will depend on your skills, performance, and territory.

Pay

Base Salary pay is $50,000 per year. Residual Income: Keep earning monthly from the accounts you build. Annual On-Target Earnings (OTE): $90k-150 plus.

Schedule

Your schedule will vary based on your territory and needs, but you'll be expected to work 75% of the time in the field.
