The growth lead will move Mederva from founder-led sales to a scalable B2B healthcare growth motion. Key responsibilities include:
- Building systems for clinic lead generation
- Creating warm intros and referral partnerships
- Developing physician networks
- Outbound and regional/state expansion
- Maintaining partner relationships
- Managing the pipeline
- Closing new clinic partners
- Running growth experiments by geography and segment
- Figuring out what converts clinic demand into signed partners
Who We're Looking For
We're looking for someone with B2B healthcare sales or partnerships experience who can sell into clinics, physician groups, or healthcare organizations. Key qualifications include:
- Systematic approach, not just charisma
- Experience building a pipeline from scratch
- Comfort with relationship-driven sales
- Intensity to convert clinic demand into a repeatable growth engine
