B2B Freelance Sales Field Representative (Arlington)

This is not a sales job. There’s nothing to sell. Your role is to secure partnership agreements with local businesses in your territory — and get paid aggressively for it. If you’re confident, street-smart, and thrive in face-to-face interactions, this is a serious income opportunity with no cap on earnings.

What You’ll Be Doing

• In-person outreach to local businesses in your assigned area
• Introducing Sqwad’s partnership opportunity (no selling involved)
• Speaking directly with business owners and decision-makers
• Securing signed partnership agreements
• Building early market presence by locking in key locations
• Logging activity and leads using simple digital tools
• Passing qualified opportunities to the internal sales team

Who This Role Is For

• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Strong communicators who handle objections confidently
• Organized, reliable, and proactive
• Comfortable using basic tools like Google Sheets or CRM platforms
• Registered freelancer (1099)
• Must be located in Arlington
• Native or fluent English speaker
