Responsibilities

  • Engage with qualified business prospects
  • Conduct discovery and sales conversations
  • Address client needs
  • Confidently close deals for Global Pacific Support services
  • Work closely with the appointment-setting and sales teams to convert opportunities into long-term clients

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a B2B Closer, Account Executive, Appointment Setter, or in a comparable client-facing sales role
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities
  • Confident in handling objections, leading sales conversations, and closing deals while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Reliable internet connection (at least 25 Mbps)
  • Fully functional laptop or desktop computer equipped with a webcam and a noise-cancelling headset
  • Dedicated, quiet, and distraction-free home office setup
  • Highly organized with strong time-management and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, spreadsheets, and online communication tools
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently, and consistently meet or exceed sales targets
