We’re looking for a Brand Designer who will execute high-quality design work across marketing and sales channels while helping manage incoming design requests. This role contributes to project scoping and coordination, with a primary focus on delivering strong visual assets and ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

• Design requests are clearly scoped before work begins.
• Stakeholders receive guidance on the best approach, not just design execution.
• The brand system becomes more scalable and consistent.
• Design becomes a strategic partner to marketing and sales.
• Contractors and other designers produce work that meets brand standards.

Who You Are

• Strong design craft and visual storytelling.
• Confidence in advising stakeholders and pushing back when needed.
• Able to translate vague requests into clear project scopes.
• Ownership of design operations and prioritization.
• Able to mentor and elevate other designers.

Salary Range

In compliance with the California Pay Transparency Law, the base salary range for this role is between $30 to $45 per hour in Utah. This range is not inclusive of our discretionary bonus or equity package. When determining a candidate’s compensation, we consider a number of factors including skillset, experience, job scope, and current market data.
