Responsibilities

• Manage production processes and supply chain, including scheduling, quality control, and budgeting.
• Ensure high-quality service delivery while managing the stress and excitement of seeing a print come off the press or watching your video go viral.
• Work collaboratively within the team to meet deadlines and maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Advertising, Media Production, or related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in production management, preferably in the publishing industry.
• Proven track record of successful project management and leadership.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management software and tools.
