B Shift QA Inspector

Essential Functions

• Inspect and evaluate finished goods to verify that they are constructed, manufactured, and they can function as designed and according to specifications. (80%)
• Verifies quality standards and test procedures for product evaluation to attain quality. (10%)
• Reviews new or modified specifications including documentation, diagram and flow chart to determine if finished goods will perform according to the Company’s standards and conform to guidelines. Recommends corrections to Receiving Supervisor/production. (10%)

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• Ability to write and read simple correspondence (Required)
• Ability to learn to operate RF Scanner (Required)
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, bend, stand and walk repeatedly (Required)
• Ability to apply common sense and carry out instructions (Required)
• Ability to understand all functions through training (Required)
• Ability to follow safety procedures (Required)
• Comprehend basic math (Required)
• Highly motivated, a team-player, and self-starter (Required)
• Able to work overtime and holidays on as needed basis (Required)
• Able to work in a sense of urgency and or fast paced environment (Required)
• Able to utilize and work safely with corrugate (Required)
• Able to clearly document and communicate any safety concerns/hazards to Leadership and LP/Safety and Training Team (Required)
• Foster a safety culture and address in the moment any safety concerns/hazards with fellow work associates (Required)
• Stay up to date with all safety topics via Leadership and safety boards (Required)
• Able to follow all safety procedures from on-boarding and safety procedures and practices from your departments (Required)

Pay

$18.08 - $20.34 per hour. The salary range posted reflects the estimated minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in: US - IN US8 Midwest Distribution Center. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
