Grote Mitsubishi / Grote Automotive Service Center is hiring a productive B- and C-level Automotive Technician / Recon Technician in Fort Wayne. This role focuses on multi-make recon and customer-pay work, not Mitsubishi-only repairs. Ideal candidates can inspect vehicles, complete approved repairs, and keep work moving efficiently.

Pay
$18–$40 Flat Rate based on experience, skill level, and production ability, plus a tool incentive program based on flagged hours.
