B&GC Server - Part Time

About the role

B&GC, a place to celebrate the type of cocktailing and revelry often reserved for the elite, wealthy and powerful. A drinking spot revived from the ruins of the former Cherry Creek Post Office.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and refill beverages, assist servers, clear and reset tables, remove trash, and sanitize restaurants.
• Set and prepare tables for dining, folding napkins, cleaning and placing tableware, etc.
• Ensure tableware is in good condition and report any defects for repair.
• Stock, maintain and clean designated food station(s).
• Assist server with table service, including running food, serving beverages, etc.
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve issues in a timely, efficient and friendly manner.
• Adhere to Makeready's Guiding Principles.

• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly pivot between requests.
• Required to stand; walk; use hands to serve and clear food, beverages, plates/cutlery/glassware, additional objects.
• Able to bend and kneel to clear tables, serve food, etc.
• Must be able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Adhere to Makeready & property policies and procedures as defined.
