Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile delivery for teams by leading all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, retrospectives)
• Ensure alignment with Agile and SDLC standards
• Partner with Product Owners to maintain a prioritized backlog, track sprint progress and metrics (velocity, burn-down/up), and provide transparent status reporting
• Proactively identify and remove impediments, manage risks and dependencies across teams, and support release planning and coordination
• Ensure Azure DevOps practices are consistently followed and promote continuous improvement across the delivery lifecycle

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Azure DevOps Boards, Pipelines, Agile Scrum, Sprint Planning Tracking, Stakeholder Communication, and/or Risk Dependency Management
