Azure Engineer

About the role

As an Azure Engineer, you will be part of the Infrastructure Support team supporting cloud migration and infrastructure deployment initiatives. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and support Azure infrastructure components required for migration projects.
• Deploy Azure resources using Terraform, including subscriptions, resource groups, storage, and networking.
• Provision and validate Red Hat Linux virtual machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Support backup, recovery, and disaster recovery services to safeguard data and ensure business continuity.
• Execute infrastructure testing, remediation activities, and assist with pilot deployments and production migration activities.

Requirements

• Experience with Azure administration and infrastructure deployment.
• Proficiency in Linux administration, particularly Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL).
• Hands-on experience with Terraform automation and Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of monitoring, troubleshooting, and disaster recovery strategies within Azure.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
