As an Infrastructure Consultant 3 within the Infosys Retail, Consumer Goods, and Logistics unit, you will join a globally respected partner dedicated to helping clients achieve their business goals through cutting-edge technology and seamless services. Responsibilities
- Develop diagnostic tools, establish monitoring protocols, and resolve complex incidents through root cause analysis while ensuring SLA adherence and creating action plans to prevent recurrence.
- Conduct detailed IT infrastructure evaluations and due diligence across multiple tracks, identify gaps and risks, and collaborate with stakeholders to recommend tailored enhancements and validate infrastructure details.
- Create scalable, secure, and high-performing IT infrastructure solutions.
- Optimize deployment processes, ensure environment readiness, troubleshoot issues, and contribute to the creation of deployment documentation.
- Develop and implement robust change management protocols to minimize risks, analyze proposed changes, and ensure smooth integration of system and technology updates.
- Analyze and enhance system performance by implementing advanced monitoring tools, addressing capacity needs, and designing solutions to prevent bottlenecks.
- Implement security measures and disaster recovery strategies including risk assessments.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization, design and implement automation tools, and evaluate their impact to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Collaborate with multi-vendor and cross-functional teams to ensure project execution and document project activities.
- Create specialized knowledge repositories, document methodologies, and drive learning to preserve organizational insights and enhance team efficiency.

Requirements
- Extensive experience in architecting solutions leveraging Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS services, as well as hard-core infrastructure consulting.
- Strong experience in foundation, discovery, assessment, and migration of infrastructure.
- Strong experience in designing and building Azure platforms using IAAC (Terraform).
- Ability to design and drive the technical solution end-to-end for a global platform involving Azure, Network, Infrastructure, and Security.
- Lead the design of scalable, secure Azure solutions for enterprise workloads.
- Hands-on experience deploying Azure services: App Services, AKS, AAD, VNets, etc.
- Drive modernization, governance, and automation initiatives across teams.
- Partner with stakeholders to align architecture with business goals.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness within key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of DevOps and cloud industry trends, as well as Azure vs. other cloud platform feature capabilities.
- Azure Certification - Solutions Architect – Professional.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
