Aztec Club Duty Manager

As an Aztec Club Duty Manager you will have previous supervisory & leisure industry experience, with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the Aztec Club operations whilst the Aztec Gym & Pool Manager is absent, including mornings and evenings. Leisure experience is essential, as the successful candidate must hold a valid NPLQ. Pool Plant training would be desirable. The successful candidate will be 18+ years of age. Your Responsibilities Will Include Overseeing of the Aztec Club facilities whilst on dutySupporting resourcing requirements, being involved with the interview, selection and recruitment if neededBuild and maintain good morale, a happy atmosphere to ensure a pleasant working environment for the Aztec teams and our guests Facilitate effective communication with team members, to nurture motivation and great team workingTo assist the Gym & Pool Manager in ensuring that safe working practices are being maintained, being responsible for Risk Assessments and the monitoring of Health & Safety Our values – STARS Role Our values are integral to our business and guide how we operate at every level of the organisation. For the right candidate, there is the possibility of a permanent role going forward.
