AZ Leasing Consultant (Scottsdale Highlands)

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

• Counsels prospective tenants on lease terms and conditions.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activity.
• Maintains closing ratio based upon the needs of the community.
• Processes rental applications in a timely manner for review and final approval of the Property Manager.
• Follows through and assumes accountability for overall move-in program.
• Assists in initiating and closing out service requests.
• Affords assistance in outreach marketing program.
• Affords assistance in planning, scheduling, organizing, and participating in resident functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience working with property management software is a plus and willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Compensation

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus.
