AZ Leasing Consultant (One North Scottsdale)

Main Job Tasks And Responsibilities

• Counsels prospective tenants on available units and amenities.
• Utilizes resident, prospect and revenue management software systems for leasing activities.
• Maintains closing ratio based on community needs.
• Processes rental applications for review and approval.
• Assists in move-in process.
• Initiates and closes service request processes.
• Conducts market surveys of comparable properties.
• Affords assistance in outreach marketing programs.
• Participates in planning and organizing resident functions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of two years of residential leasing experience required.
• Must be well versed with all Fair Housing laws.
• Working knowledge of Office 365 including Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook and SharePoint.
• Experience with property management software is a plus.
• Willingness and capability to learn new software.
• Good customer service skills, communication skills, and sales ability.
• Team player attitude, enthusiasm, and motivation.
• Able to work weekends.

Pay

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus bonus.

Schedule

Full-time, in office (On-site work).
