Roles And Responsibilities
- Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using RPA/AI Tools
- Understand and build business requirements, design solutions, and work with partners, and IT to develop solutions to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.
- Collaborate with business, operations, compliance, risk, and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and have the team build comprehensive BRDs.
- Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers
- Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders
- Define Testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan/scenario definition, and oversee the testing execution
- Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary
- Drive the roadmap of RPA /AI Implementations
Role Proficiency
- Knowledge of the banking domain
- Good analytical and communication skills
- Good at handling projects independently
- Able to manage multiple tasks/projects and deadlines simultaneously
Skills
- Business process automation implementing RPA/AI in the BFSI sector
- Worked on multiple AI/RPA implementations
Education
- MBA, B.Tech, Full-time Graduate (From top tier institute)
Experience
- 3 to 14 or 3-10 Years in Technology Implementations out of which at least 1-2 Years in Business process automation implementing RPA/AI in the BFSI sector
- Worked on multiple AI/RPA implementations
- Knowledge of RPA/Cognitive concepts is a must. Knowledge of ML concepts will be a plus
