About the role

AWS Infrastructure Services owns the design, planning, delivery, and operation of all AWS global infrastructure. • Make sound trade-offs between short-term delivery and long-term architectural investments
  • Establish goals, prioritize work across your team and partner teams, and focus on the inputs that drive the most impactful results

A day in the life: You will split your time between technical leadership and people development. On any given day, you might review a system design for a new scaling mechanism, meet with a principal engineer to align on architecture direction, conduct a 1:1 with a direct report on career growth, and join an operational review to assess service health.
