AWS Security Risk Manager
Location: Houston, with additional locations in Atlanta - Peachtree Rd, Austin, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Miami, Orlando, Philadelphia, Phoenix, Tampa.

Protiviti is looking for an AWS Security Risk Manager to join our growing Infrastructure, Cloud, and Security Engineering team. You will help clients identify, assess, and manage security risks while enabling secure cloud adoption, modernization, and transformation.

Responsibilities
As a Manager, you will partner with clients to translate complex business and data requirements into practical AWS Security solutions. You will also develop trusted client relationships, mentor Consultants and Senior Consultants, contribute to proposals, and help expand Protiviti’s AWS data engineering capabilities.
Requirements
- Enjoy solving complex AWS security, risk, governance, compliance, and remediation engagements.
- Balance hands-on technical depth with project leadership, client advisory, and team development.
- Comfortable working with ambiguous requirements and messy enterprise data.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to engineers, business stakeholders, and executives.
- Promote a positive team culture with accountability, collaboration, and open communication.
- Motivated to learn and stay current with AWS security trends and services.
- Identify practical opportunities to improve data reliability, accessibility, performance, and cost.
