AWS DevOps Engineer (Junior)

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated AWS DevOps Automation Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in designing, developing, and implementing automated solutions to optimize AWS environments and support software development teams.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated solutions to optimize AWS environments
• Support software development teams by providing efficient and reliable infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of automation solutions
• Continuously improve existing automation processes and tools

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 1 year of experience in AWS DevOps Automation
• Strong understanding of AWS services and architecture
• Experience with scripting languages such as Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) tools
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Experience with DevOps principles and practices
• Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and containerization technologies
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, and/or Ansible
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Skills

• Proficiency in AWS services and APIs
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation
• Understanding of security best practices in cloud environments
• Experience with serverless architectures and functions-as-a-service (FaaS)
