Role: AWS Developer Location: Sacramento, CA Onsite Experience: 7 Years Role Overview We are looking for an AWS Developer with hands-on experience in Amazon Connect, AWS services, and cloud deployments. Key Responsibilities Configure and maintain Amazon Connect.Build and update contact flows, queues, routing profiles, and call routing.Configure Amazon Lex bots and AWS Lambda for IVR.Support features such as Voice ID, Wisdom, and Contact Lens.Make AWS Connect configuration changes based on architect-approved designs.Use Terraform or CloudFormation to deploy AWS resources.Apply required AWS resource tags.Test contact flows and AWS integrations before UAT.Track changes and deployments in JIRA.Work with the Architect and DevOps team during deployments.Identify and report any AWS Connect limitations or configuration issues.Document AWS Connect configurations and changes.
