Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related technical field.
• 3–7+ years of experience in Data Engineering, ETL development, or large‑scale data platform environments.
• Strong hands‑on experience with AWS data technologies including: AWS Glue, Redshift, S3, Lake Formation, Managed Airflow (MWAA).
• Strong programming skills in SQL, Python, PySpark.
• Experience building and supporting scalable ETL/ELT pipelines in cloud‑based environments.
• Experience working with structured and semi‑structured datasets at scale.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, partitioning strategies, and query optimization.
• Familiarity with data validation, reconciliation, and migration testing methodologies.
• Experience troubleshooting distributed data processing workloads and production pipeline issues.
• Ability to work effectively in Agile delivery environments with cross‑functional stakeholder teams.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
• AWS Certifications such as:
  • AWS Certified Data Analytics
  • AWS Certified Solutions Architect
  • AWS Certified Developer

Pay

The salary for this position is between $90,000 – $130,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
