AWS Cloud Platform Engineer

About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled AWS Cloud Platform Engineer with expertise in AWS infrastructure provisioning, platform engineering, cloud automation, and Amazon Bedrock. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building and managing cloud-native platforms using AWS EKS, automating infrastructure with Terraform, Ansible, and Python, and supporting cloud migration initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Design, provision, and manage AWS cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Lead migrations from on-premises environments to AWS and cloud-native architectures.
- Build and manage containerized platforms using Kubernetes (EKS).
- Automate infrastructure provisioning using Terraform, Ansible, and Python.
- Support and optimize AWS-based GenAI solutions leveraging Amazon Bedrock.
- Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and ensure platform reliability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to drive cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.
Requirements
- 8-10+ years of IT experience with deep expertise in AWS Platform Engineering.
- SME-level experience with AWS EKS and infrastructure provisioning.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock and AWS AI/GenAI services.
- Strong knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, EBS, EFS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, Redshift, EventBridge, and SageMaker.
- Experience with Terraform, Ansible, Python, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- At least one AWS Certification (required).
- Strong Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, and cloud operations experience.
