Awake Overnight Direct Care Staff

About the role

Responsibilities

• Develop real, meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve
• Experience ownership and trust from your leaders to do what’s right for participants
• Take initiative to help participants be part of the community and enjoy their favorite activities
• Support participants with developmental goals like budgeting, exercise, and nutrition
• Assist people with their personal hygiene
• SUPPORT individuals who can have behavioral challenges and other complex needs

Requirements

• Have had a Drivers License for at least 1 year (post permit)
• Have a clean driving record that meets Sevita’s insurability policy
• Work full-time Monday, Tuesday, with every other weekend shift time availability 7p-8a

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, proof of education is required
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Six months of experience in areas such as intellectual disabilities, behavioral health, or mental health preferred

Pay

Hire wage is $17 hourly

Schedule

Full Time Monday, Tuesday, with every other weekend shift time availability 7p-8a
