Responsibilities

• Provide guidance, supervision, and support during overnight hours while assisting individuals with morning routines and daily living activities.
• Implement procedures that promote health, safety, well-being, and a clean and safe environment.
• Utilize crisis intervention techniques and follow established program and agency procedures to respond effectively during emergency or crisis situations.
• Implement individuals' health, medical, and medication protocols in accordance with agency policies and applicable regulations.
• Assist individuals with accessing transportation and coordinating travel needs, as required.
• Review, complete, and maintain all required documentation in a timely and accurate manner.
• Act as a strong advocate for the people served, believing in the power of community and recognizing the importance of meaningful community inclusion and engagement.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (required).
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record (required).
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Pay

$20.00-$22.48 per hour. The organization offers additional hourly differentials for certain positions based on skills, location, training, and program responsibilities.
