About the role

This role will drive marketing initiatives focused on growth, customer acquisition, brand performance, and measurable demand creation within the Real Estate & Construction space. You will collaborate with analytics, product, creative, and commercial teams to turn market insights into scalable campaigns, testing strategies, and performance improvements. The position offers the opportunity to directly influence customer engagement, conversion performance, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual profitability and production goals for the assigned group
• Contribute to building and managing the portfolio's GWP, LR, and CR objectives
• Underwrite and analyze new and renewal business submissions
• Ensure successful marketing initiatives and consistent communication with brokers
• Develop and maintain broker relationships to create new business opportunities
• Participate in client and broker meetings as needed
• Stay informed about the insurance marketplace to understand trends and legal developments

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 8 years of underwriting experience or equivalent education/experience
• 5 years of management experience preferred, with a proven ability to lead teams effectively
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, and Word; experience with Imageright is a plus
• Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines
• Demonstrated ability to contribute significantly to underwriting profit and identify niche product opportunities

Pay

$110,000 – $130,000 annually
