About the role
Responsible for managing and mitigating third-party risks within the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough risk assessments for third-party vendors and contractors
- Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to third-party risk management
- Maintain and update records of third-party relationships and associated risks
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding third-party risk management
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on third-party risk management strategies
- Provide guidance and training to third-party vendors and contractors on risk management best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, information technology)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related field
- Experience working with legal and regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
Qualifications
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices in third-party risk management
- Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
- Experience with contract review and negotiation processes
- Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting
Skills
- Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to third-party risk management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay
Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually
