About the role

Responsible for managing and mitigating third-party risks within the organization. This includes conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing policies and procedures, and monitoring compliance with relevant regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough risk assessments for third-party vendors and contractors
  • Develop and enforce policies and procedures related to third-party risk management
  • Maintain and update records of third-party relationships and associated risks
  • Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulations regarding third-party risk management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment on third-party risk management strategies
  • Provide guidance and training to third-party vendors and contractors on risk management best practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, business, information technology)
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in third-party risk management or a related field
  • Experience working with legal and regulatory requirements related to third-party risk management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of relevant industry standards and best practices in third-party risk management
  • Experience with risk assessment methodologies and tools
  • Experience with contract review and negotiation processes
  • Experience with regulatory compliance and reporting

Skills

  • Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks related to third-party risk management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with project management tools and methodologies
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay

Salary range: $100,000 - $150,000 annually

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week
