AVP, Strategic Analysts

For our client, we are seeking a AVP, Strategic Analysts to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will support AI- and automation-focused workflow improvement efforts across the organization, helping translate business needs into practical technology solutions. The position will partner closely with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to shape a GenAI center of excellence and drive operational efficiency. It will also lead multidisciplinary, including offshore, teams while defining requirements that improve processes, collaboration, and execution.
