The Opportunity: The AVP, Reinsurance and Investment Management provides executive level leadership and oversight to a team responsible for the development and management of highly competitive life, health, and annuity products while focusing on protecting the financial strength of the organization and building long-term value. They will partner with key stakeholders to launch new products and manage existing ones. They will also be responsible for developing, managing, and administering the reinsurance program for assigned life, health, and annuity products for USAA's life insurance companies.
