AVP, Privacy

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage enterprise privacy program compliance with HIPAA and other regulations
• Develop privacy risk management strategies including assessments and incident response
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, IT, and Security to integrate privacy into various technologies
• Establish and uphold privacy policies and training programs to enhance compliance efforts
• Mentor and lead the privacy team, fostering a culture of compliance and data protection

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required
• Advanced degree preferred (JD, MPH, MBA, MHA, or similar)
• Professional privacy certification required (e.g., CIPP/US)
• 8-10+ years in healthcare privacy or compliance roles
• Deep expertise in HIPAA and healthcare privacy regulations

Pay

• $150,000 – $185,000 annually
