Job Overview
The AVP, Premier Segment Advice Manager leads the day-to-day activities of a team of licensed financial advisors within the LPL Wealth Advisors Group. This role focuses on advisor development, sales performance, and client experience within a phone-based advice model. The manager drives operational excellence, and ensures advisors are equipped to welcome and deepen client relationships and deliver holistic financial guidance.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of premier financial advisors to drive sales performance, professional growth, and a high-performing, client-focused culture.
- Prepare, conduct, and oversee comprehensive financial planning engagements while managing Strategic Asset Management (SAM) accounts to support client investment objectives.
- Monitor advisor productivity, workforce management, and key performance metrics to optimize business results, operational efficiency, and service delivery.
- Enhance client experiences by supporting advisor development, resolving escalated concerns, and strengthening investor relationships.
- Partner with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives, solve business challenges, and improve program effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and firm standards through advisor supervision, coaching, and quality reviews of client interactions.
- Conduct business reviews, analyze performance trends, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement, growth, and increased client acquisition.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial services, financial advising, or wealth management
- Active FINRA Series 7 and 66 licenses
- Ability to obtain FINRA Series 9/10 within 6 months of hire
- 2+ years of experience leading, coaching, or mentoring professionals in a sales or advisory environment

Pay
$108,356.00 - $180,559.00
