AVP Marketing Strategy & Analytics
About the role
Horace Mann is looking for an AVP Marketing Strategy & Analytics to lead strategy, analytics, and planning across Horace Mann's Local Agent, Call Center, Partnerships, and Internet channels. This leader translates enterprise priorities into clear channel strategies, operating plans, forecasts, investment choices, and performance roadmaps that support profitable growth. The role brings together distribution performance, lead analytics, market opportunity, and external trends to identify where Horace Mann should recruit, expand, invest, or adjust coverage. The leader will turn complex data into practical recommendations, build decision-support capabilities, and partner across the enterprise to move insight into sustained execution. This role leads and develops a team of approximately four strategy and analytics professionals, with the capacity to scale as business needs evolve. The position is remote; periodic travel, including in-person engagement with agents and channel partners, may be required.
