AVP, Litigation Technology Support
About the role
This hire will be a member of the Firm’s Litigation and Regulatory Group, which is responsible for managing the Firm’s litigation and regulatory docket, including litigations, subpoenas, branch exams and investigations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with in-house and outside counsel globally on electronic communication archive queries and collections for litigations, subpoenas, branch exams and investigations.
- Obtain mobile phone device collections as needed.
- Monitor, manage and provide training on in-house e-Discovery tool.
- Collect documents for litigation holds and other matters at the direction of in-house counsel.
- Help with books and records and electronic communication initiatives (application certifications, employee certifications and training, etc.).
- Act as a liaison with legal team on document retention policy issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including technology and financial services
- Ability to quickly learn electronic communications systems
- Strong relationship-building skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Prowed ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines
- Solid project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Primary Location: New York, NY
Full Time Salary Range of $110,000-$130,000 + OT
