About the role

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design, build, and maintain financial products and services, including stablecoin payments, card networks, and automated deposit solutions.
• Support the development and integration of APIs for banking, lending, and payment processing.
• Work with partners to embed financial services into platforms, including lending, payments, and deposits for SMBs, retailers, gaming, and neobanks.
• Enable seamless merchant acquiring, card issuing, and payment experiences for clients.
• Assist in scaling lending operations from origination to securitization, including underwriting, compliance, and capital solutions.
• Contribute to the development of regulatory compliance frameworks for consumer, SMB, and commercial lending programs.
• Support institutional credit investors in sourcing opportunities across the capital stack.

Requirements

• Experience in financial services, fintech, or banking technology, with a focus on payments, lending, or digital assets.
• Familiarity with stablecoins, blockchain technology, or onchain finance is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance in financial services, including consumer lending, SBA programs, or card networks.
• Experience with API-driven banking platforms, card processing, or loan origination systems is desirable.
