About the role
Leads transactions through the underwriting and closing process. Analyzes credit data, assesses risk, and presents credit recommendations. Manages existing and new client relationships and ensures compliance with policies and regulations. Provides training and support to junior staff. Prepares and reviews material for presenting prospective deals to upper management. Performs complex financial or collateral analyses including modeling or projection analyses. Manages analysts through the underwriting process (CAM, Diligence); prepares and reviews CAMs and PICs before submission; keeps track of all other items and tasks necessary to close a loan. Prepares term sheets and reviews loan documents through the underwriting process; coordinates boarding process with additional bank units. Trains and develops analysts to constantly improve.

Requirements
- Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Cash Bonus Target: 20%
- Eligible for an Annual Discretionary Restricted Stock Units Bonus Target: 20%

Pay
Actual starting pay will vary based on factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, experience, skills, specialty, and education. Target range: $90,000.00/Yr. - $115,000.00/Yr.
