This role is responsible for performing end-to-end management of construction and reserve draw requests for a diverse portfolio of loans, sponsors and clients across all commercial real estate property sectors and for processing borrower consents, financial analysis, and other ad hoc asset management duties that fall within respective contracted scope of service. This position involves a high level of interaction with asset management and loan management teams to deliver accurate, timely and consistently high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Review draw packages for accuracy, coordinate receipt of missing information from borrower, confirm all disbursement conditions have been satisfied in accordance with relevant loan documentation and communicate deficiencies to Lender where applicable.
- Manage borrower consent requests including collection of required documents, confirmation of completed package and coordination of approval with co-lenders in accordance with relevant loan documentation.
- Monitor capital sources and uses to confirm the loan remains in balance and coordinate
