AVP, Corporate Strategy

This role supports financial strategy, forecasting, and performance management initiatives that strengthen business visibility and decision-making. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term strategic agenda for the Practice
• Advise the Executive Team on significant growth and investment decisions
• Oversee competitive strategy and set analytical standards for market intelligence
• Manage innovation and growth partnerships from sourcing to executive recommendation
• Direct quantitative analysis for major initiatives and capital allocation decisions
• Lead high-priority strategic initiatives across the organization
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment on strategic priorities

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in corporate strategy or consulting, including team leadership
• Expertise in healthcare or life sciences with exposure to multiple disciplines
• Proven track record in enterprise-level growth and operational strategy
• Strong analytical skills with experience in quantitative analysis
• Exceptional communication abilities and executive influence
• Experience building and developing high-performing teams
• Culturally aligned as an analytical and team-oriented individual

Pay

$190,000 – $200,000 annually
