Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a financial institution or similar industry
• Proven track record of driving growth and developing high-performing teams
• Strong understanding of financial products and services, particularly in the credit union space
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships both internally and externally
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing environments
