Responsibilities
- Holds primary responsibility for leading the Annuity Internal Sales Desk, setting strategic direction and aligning sales philosophy and process with that of the external sales organization.
- Main liaison between the desk and the external sales leadership.
- Provide daily oversight to the regional sales desk managers ensuring sales activity goals are met.
- Communicate and reinforce current channel/department goals and initiatives through meetings, informal communications, and supervisor coaching.
- Ensure proper supervision of all registered representatives and the team is operating in alignment with our written supervisory procedures.
- Maintain an environment of continuous learning.
- Delegate important work to direct reports appropriately.
- Identifies and counsel employees on performance, work-related behavior, complaints and grievances.
- Recognize employee accomplishments.
Requirements
- Minimum 10 years sales management experience within the financial services industry, preferably with variable annuities and mutual funds.
- FINRA Series 6/7 and 63 Licenses preferred.
- FINRA Series 24 or 26 Life Insurance and Variable Products licensed.

Base Pay Range:
The actual compensation offered to a candidate will be dependent upon several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications and geographic location. Also, most employees are eligible for additional incentive pay.
