Avionics Technician II (USI6)

SUMMARY: The Avionic Technician II must demonstrate high mechanical aptitude and will inspect, service, maintain, troubleshoot, repair, and overhaul aircraft components while maintaining a safe work environment and following all company and federal rules/ regulations. Duties & Responsibilities Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, modify and service aircraft avionics/accessories/oxygen equipment.Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations as requiredAdhere to Bombardier General Work Requirements for factory, shop and/or hangar positionsComply with environmental health and safety policies and proceduresParticipate in 5-S activitiesPerform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely mannerOperate ground support equipment as requiredAssist with mechanical / electrical removals and installationsAssist with maintenance at off-site locations as neededAssist with other maintenance disciplines as neededOther duties as assigned.
