AirQuest Aviation is a fixed-base operator (FBO) with locations at Pittsburgh‑Butler Regional Airport (KBTP) and Beaver County Airport (KBVI). Founded in 2007, the company provides services across 48 U.S. states, the Bahamas, and Canada, including charters, ground handling, maintenance, flight school, and management. Responsibilities

• Perform operational checks, troubleshooting, and repairs of avionics and electrical systems on general aviation aircraft.
• Fabricate and install wiring assemblies, static lines, and associated mechanical equipment according to drawings and manufacturer specifications.
• Conduct FAR 91.411 and FAR 91.413 (24‑month) inspections.

Skills

• Understanding of manufacturer installation specifications and maintenance manuals.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English technical documentation.
• Proficiency with wiring fabrication and installation.
• Experience with piston, turboprop, and light jet aircraft.
• Familiarity with avionics equipment from Garmin, Honeywell, Rockwell Collins, Avidyne, and Aspen.
• Own working tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum five (5) years of avionics experience.
• At least two (2) years installing and troubleshooting Garmin equipment.
• Prior experience performing FAR 91.411 and 91.413 inspections.
