Responsibilities

• Perform general avionics support items on aircraft, including removal and installation of panels and components and repair work.
• Troubleshoot and evaluate systems on the aircraft when necessary.
• Inspect and evaluate aircraft and components as required.
• Support aircraft movement and verify system performance.
• Maintain and repair shop facility, equipment, and tooling.
• Work with customers in project management, pricing, and support roles.
• Communicate effectively (speaking, writing, reading) in English.
• Use basic computer skills to navigate electronic training, manuals, and maintenance databases.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Electronics or Avionics factory training preferred.
• A valid driver's license for airline travel and/or a valid passport (optional).

Qualifications

• Tech I: 0-2 years of experience in avionics, military avionics, or electrical field.
• Tech II: 2-4 years of experience in avionics or military avionics field.
• Tech III: 4-6 years of experience in avionics or military avionics field.
• Master Technician: 6+ years’ experience with corporate/business avionics systems.

Pay & Schedule

• Hourly rate generally ranges between $22-$35, with potential shift differentials.
• Compensation includes a semi-annual discretionary bonus.

Schedule

• Varied work shifts available, including 5x8, 4x10, and 3x12.
