Avionics Assembler - 4th Shift

As an Avionics Assembler at Honeywell Aerospace, you will assemble and integrate avionics systems, ensuring high-quality production that meets industry standards and customer requirements. You will assemble and inspect products to deliver the highest quality to our customers, maintain your work area for safe and efficient operation, and participate in continuous improvement processes addressing safety, production, and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Use strong fine motor skills to perform various tasks related to assembling products, especially those involving small parts or intricate components.
  • Maintain work area for operation and cleanliness.
  • Comply with all safety rules.
  • Record and report production data.
  • Analyze data and production reports.
  • Support 4th Shift hours, including any mandated overtime.

Requirements

  • Experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing setting.
  • Ability to operate production machinery and tools effectively.
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.
  • U.S. Person status (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or protected status under asylum or refugee status) due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations.

  • Analyze, incorporate, and apply new information and concepts.
  • Complete work, follow up, and appropriate reporting on responsibilities.
  • Focus on important information and identify key details.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Good coordination, motor skills, and dexterity.

Schedule

  • 4th Shift: Monday & Friday – 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Saturday & Sunday – 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
  • Training may take place on a different shift.
  • Role may require mandated overtime.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $30.00. This serves as a general guideline; Honeywell Aerospace considers various factors when extending an offer, including the scope of the position and the candidate's work experience.
