Aviation - Warehouse Associate

About the role

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to join our growing aviation team. In this role, you will handle, log, and ship high-value aircraft components.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and process incoming aircraft parts.
• Package and label components safely for domestic and international shipping.
• Maintain digital inventory records, including data entry and tracking part numbers.
• Take and upload photographs of inventory into the company system.
• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required).
• Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory control.
• Forklift certification or prior operating experience.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, or inventory systems).
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a warehouse or logistics setting preferred.

Skills

• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
• Good communication skills, especially in Spanish.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, or inventory systems).
• Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 pounds.
