About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of software developers and providing technical leadership in the development of new products and features.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of software developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of new products and features.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, designers, and quality assurance engineers to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in software development and architecture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and management.
- Experience leading a team of software developers.
- Strong understanding of software development methodologies and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proven ability to manage and mentor a team of developers.
- Experience with agile development methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud computing platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience with version control systems like Git.
Skills
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Experience with database technologies such as MySQL or MongoDB.
- Understanding of software architecture principles and patterns.
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery tools.
